Known for his distinct, slick blades, world-class craftsmanship and blazingly sharp edges, Masashi-san is one of the most skilled blacksmiths of our time. He'll also be custom-engraving his knives* for folks on-site!

11:30am - 1pm Knife Engraving

2pm - 3pm Knife Forging Demonstration

4pm - 5:30pm Knife Engraving

*Masashi knives only, one per person, first come, first served.
