Yoshikawa 1. 6 L pot
"The Yoshikawa pot works really well on the induction stove. Heats well and it pours liquids really well. The measuring indicators inside the pot are very useful. Highly recommended."

These hammered patterned saucepans are well-loved in Japan for making Ichiban noodles, but they're also great for simmering, quickly boiling liquids, and making miso soup. They have a thin bottom, so be careful to avoid scorching. If you need to quickly boil water, soup or broth, this is the pan for you!
The handles can easily be tightened or adjusted with the attached screw, and replacement handles are also available.

"I did not add any salt during cooking, but after cooking I noticed a white stain that cannot be removed. The pot also becomes discolored/burnt very easily, even after a short period of cooking over high heat, and it scratches easily as well."
"I use this pot almost daily. It’s pretty, it’s useful, easy to clean. Casts nice reflections when the sun hits it. Heats up quickly. Perfect for quick sauces or reheating some foods."

"I bought the 18cm pot after I saw it in my friend’s kitchen! It was love at first sight. I was missing a pot this size in my kitchen! The pouring spouts on the side are goated. The heat distribution is so even and quick. Highly recommend. The folx at knifewear (Vancouver, and probably at every location) are so so so helpful and knowledgeable."
"While I like the quality of the pot it’s thin membrane means that I get a blue stain on the inside from my stoves element."
"My wife is Japanese and she really likes it. Heats up quickly and we love the wood handle! Highly recommend."
