Amazing little grater

Great for ginger, garlic, hard cheese like Pecorino Romano or Parmesan. Doesn't take much room to store. Do note that there are no holes in the grater so everything sits on top.

Behold, the mighty Tsuboe grater! Use is to grate wasabi, daikon, ginger, nutmeg, nutmeg or any other strong ingredients you might use a microplane for. The teeth are intentionally mis-aligned, to create maximum grating action in both directions.

Available in 3 sizes.
Razor-sharp stainless steel cutting edges.
2-in-1 front and back dual surface grater on the Small and Medium options. Mini has only one fine grating surface.
Fine grater on the back is ideal for yakumi oroshi, such as grating ginger, wasabi root and garlic.
The simple minimal look grater is ideal for both home and commercial use.
Made from 18-0 Stainless steel.
