About Haruyuki Nagisas
The stunning Nagisa series from Haruyuki is perfect for any home cook or young chef looking for a set of sexy, reliable, and rugged kitchen knives. Nagisa 渚 is a Japanese term for "edge of wave" or "where wave hits" and the blade pattern beautifully represents the word.
The AUS-10 steel core takes a blazingly sharp edge and is sandwiched between a cascade of gorgeous Damascus steel. The simple, elegant oak wood handle gives this line its name, and we love the minimalist look of a single piece of wood used for the handle.
The kanji on the knife blade “春幸” means “Haruyuki”.

ICHIGO Nezu
Great for someone looking to upgrade from their favourite western knife, or first Japanese knife to something with a little better edge retention. Chef de Partie using their knife all day everyday but don’t want to worry about it chipping or going dull! Value. Performance. Upgrade from the classic. Looks and feels great, Hocho Kobo-esque.
