Shipping to ANYWHERE In Canada or the USA:
Spending Over $200:
If your order is over $200, we are pleased to offer you FREE SHIPPING to anywhere in Canada or the USA.
Spending Less than $200
If your order is under $200, the shipping cost is a very reasonable flat rate of $15.
You can choose either Canada Post or UPS as a courier with exception of P.O. box address and $25 International Small Packet Air option, which we use Canada Post.
Shipping to Elsewhere in the World (any country that is NOT the USA or Canada)
Shipping to other countries besides Canada or the United States - you have four options, either:
Knifewear Shipping Policy
For Internet orders our goal is to respond in 24 hours and ship the purchase as soon as possible.
To all customers in Canada and US, we send orders by UPS ground service or Canada Post within 24 hours of the purchase, with exception of Sundays and Holidays.
All of these services are insured and trackable. (Excluding small packet air) In most cases packages arrive at Canadian destinations within 2-7 business days. US destinations generally take 5-14 business days for delivery. All parcels are shipped from Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
Shipments crossing international borders including to the USA can be detained by the country’s customs agency and duties and taxes may be charged. These delays and charges are beyond our control. International shipments are sent with a commercial invoice for this reason. Customs charges can differ depending on destination and value. Knifewear Inc, is not authorized or responsible for these charges.
Customs and Duties
Customs agency in each country has rights to detain and inspect packages entering the country. When the package is sent to Customs Agent, significant delay can occur. The delay is beyond our control and Knifewear Inc, is not authorized to investigate the status of the package. Duties and taxes may be charged according to the value of the products.
General Return Policy
This return policy applies to all items purchased from Knifewear.
Before returning any items, please contact us at email@example.com within seven days of receipt of items.
Products must be returned with payment receipt, original packaging (un-damaged), unused and in perfect condition. If knives show any sign of use, sharpening, honing, etc they will not be accepted for return or exchange. If the original packaging is not in a re-saleable condition the item will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All items returned to Knifewear Inc are done so at the buyer's expense. The items must be properly packaged to prevent damage and fully insured. Please notify us of the tracking number so we can follow the progress of the parcel.
IMPORTANT FOR NON-CANADIAN CUSTOMERS: Please send the knives to us using USPS, EMS or other Government postal system. DO NOT USE A COURIER AS THIS WILL ADD $25 PLUS ANY IMPORT DUTIES TO YOU BILL IN ORDER FOR OUR BROKERS TO CLEAR THE PARCEL FORM CANADA BOARDER SERVICES. The package/invoice should have the export value and have a note: CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED. Then it will be able to processed without payment of duty & tax.
Funds will not be reimbursed until we receive the products and are happy with the condition. The refund will be the amount paid less the shipping/handling fees (our actual shipping cost for those orders where shipping was included for free), PayPal fees and any other incurred costs. When sending parcels to us across an international border it is your responsibility to state that the item is either being returned or temporarily imported for repair. Failure to do so may result in import tariffs and/or brokerage fees.
Items found to be damaged or used will not be accepted or credited for return or exchange.

Loss, Breakage or Discrepancies in Shipments
If there are any problems with your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Knifewear Inc will not be responsible for any claims made after 48 hours. For breakage resulting from carrier transit, please keep the entirety of original item(s) as well as all packaging and packing materials for future inspection by carrier. If the package is not delivered within expected delivery date, please contact us immediately. We will start the investigation with carrier. In case of loss of item(s), only insured packages will be covered for replacement.
We want all of our customers to be very pleased with their purchase. Therefore, all of our products are carefully inspected prior to shipping and packaged appropriately to prevent damage in shipping.
