April 24 to 25
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Toronto, we're coming for you! We'll be at the  Downtown Art Gallery, 594 Dundas Street West, Toronto, ON, Canada from April 24 to 25, open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pop-up will of course feature new knives to be seen, tested and taken home. In addition to their famous selection of knives, Knifewear will also have Canadian-made cutting boards, Japanese-made sharpening stones, chef gadgets and other surprises. As if that all weren’t enough, we will also be sharpening knives of all kinds, both Japanese and Western makes, so bring them down for a tune-up!

We will also making an appearance at Terroir Symposium on April 23th wandering around, so if you see someone with a Knifewear shirt on, it is likely us, come over and say hi! (We might hook you up with some free goodies!)

Any chef will tell you that their knives are their most important tool. Knifewear owner, Kevin Kent, draws the comparison, “If cooking is rock 'n' roll, we supply the leather pants of cooking: Japanese kitchen knives.” Meet the motley Knifewear crew of rehabilitated chefs, food network junkies, food lovers and knife nerds here to share wisdom on knife care, sharpening and the artful history of knives manufactured by generations of craftsmen. We look forward to seeing you there!
