In the best interest of our staff and customers, we are closing our retail shops for a minimum of two weeks. Online orders are continuing to ship every weekday. Here are the measures we are taking during the closures:
All classes are canceled for the time being. Don't worry, they'll be back! If you've already booked one, we've put the funds spent on your class onto a gift card which will be both waiting for you in-store and sent to you via email. You can use these online, in-person for goods once we've reopened, or to rebook your class when things blow over.
If you have knives in for sharpening that you need back, we've got you! You can pick up your knives from our main shops, just contact us and we can set up a time with you. Alternatively, we can ship them to you for an additional $15.
Currently we are only accepting new knives for sharpening via our mail-in sharpening service.
If you've made an order through our website or are planning to, worry not. Shipping will continue as normal, with free shipping over $200 on all North American orders.
We hope to have some good news for you soon, and we intend to re-open as soon as we are safely able to. Keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram, we've got great stuff planned to keep you entertained while we all self-isolate! Expect interactive live classes, tutorials, articles and more.
