SAIT Cut Above the Rest Award

Knifewear's ‘Cut Above the Rest Award’ is granted bi-annually to the graduating SAIT Professional Cooking student showing outstanding knife skills and future industry potential. The bursary is a $200 Knifewear gift certificate to ensure excellent cutting, chopping and slicing for the student’s future cooking career.

A knife is a chef’s #1 tool. Knifewear understands that students may be lacking in the disposable funds department so we want to help young chefs at the start of their career.
