Misono has been proudly producing professional chef's knives for decades in Seki, Japan, sword capital with an 800 year tradition. Using surgical grade stainless steel (UX10) from Sandvic, Sweden, Misono has combined their old tradition with new technology to create this ultimate line of chef's knives.

These right handed knives are given a 70/30 bevelled edge. This gives the knives the razor sharp feel of a single sided blade with the toughness and durability of a double edged blade. The stamina wood handle, welded bolster and full tang are evidence of Misono's attention to detail.
