All knives purchased through Knifewear are sharpened before they leave as not all Japanese knives are shipped sharpened to their full potential. The first time the blades need re-sharpening we will do the job for free. You can even grab a seat, if you fancy, and watch your knife being sharpened. After that we can talk about a maintenance program.
